The "Saika Course" offers a well-balanced menu, starting with a seasonal small dish, followed by a three-piece sashimi platter selected by the chef directly delivered from Toyosu Market, fried chikuwa (fish cake) with seaweed, tender chicken sauteed with salt and pepper, and homemade rolled omelet.For the main course, you can choose from a special mizutaki hotpot made with rich Kyushu chicken broth or double-cooked pork, and you can finish off with udon noodles or a large serving of vegetable fried noodles.
