The "Hoshikage Course" includes nine well-balanced dishes, including seared and braised conger eel in vinegar, a salad with plenty of Hokkaido corn, a three-piece sashimi platter selected by the chef, fragrant grilled squid, and crispy fried chicken.You can choose from Oboro Tofu with Mushroom Sauce, Satsuma Chicken Hot Pot or Tender Grilled Beef Skirt Steak Skewers as the main course, and finish off with udon or yakisoba.
