The "Tamayura Course" begins with a platter of two delicacies from the mountains and sea, followed by a salad of seasonal mushrooms and ham with mentaiko dressing and a five-piece platter of sashimi delivered directly from Toyosu.There is also a wide selection of hearty dishes, including deep-fried salmon, white shrimp tempura, and tender beef tongue steak.You can choose from three types of meals: Kyoto-style chanko nabe, seafood yosenabe, and melt-in-your-mouth braised pork.The meal ends with rice porridge, udon noodles, chirashi sushi, and a luxurious final course of Japanese desserts.
